Sports Practice and Training

I’m a big sports fan, but I also practiced the following sports in competition, and practiced coaching and S&C as an amateur coach in most of themSoccer (10 yrs, Regional-National level)
Athletics (6 yrs, Cross-Country, Middle distance, 400m Hurdles)
Basketball (4 yrs, Community)
Road Cycling and Mountain Bike (5 yrs, Regional)
Trail Running (6 yrs, Regional)
Triathlon (3 yrs, Regional)

Strava ahlete since 2011 – CLEAN. 100+ competitions started, some won for the ego, all completed for the pleasure.
